We are pleased to announce that Rabina Khan is our new prospective parliamentary candidate for Kensington
Arriving in the UK at the age of 3, Rabina is known for her heartfelt support of key causes, notably youth knife crime and building more social housing.
An MEP candidate in May 2019, Rabina currently serves as a councillor in Tower Hamlets. She ran there for mayor in 2015 as an independent, beating the Conservatives and the erm... Liberal Democrats.
Rabina is regarded as an outstanding councillor by Tower Hamlets residents, regardless of their faith or political beliefs. She is the only councillor to survive the political turmoil of the Lutfur Rahman administration when she was Cabinet Member for Housing and was re-elected in Shadwell ward for the third successive time.
We are delighted to have Rabina come here to fight for residents of Kensington.
